1. General Information Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Areas We deliver our products in mainland France, Corsica, and certain European countries. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to check feasibility and associated costs.

3. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, volume of the order, and destination. Exact rates will be shown during order confirmation, before payment. We sometimes offer free delivery for certain promotions or orders exceeding a set amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery Times

  • Mainland France: usually between 3 and 7 working days.
  • Corsica and Overseas Territories: between 5 and 10 working days.
  • Europe: between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the country.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Conditions Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or returns.

7. Receiving Orders Upon receiving your order, it is recommended to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person and immediately report any issues (damaged package, missing product, etc.). If possible, take photos to support any claim.
