Withdrawal form

When you have the right to withdraw, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your choice.

If several goods from the same order are delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last item.

Exercise your right to withdraw online

Log in using the email address you used for your order (a login code will be sent to you by email; no prior account creation is required), select your order and then the product or products concerned, review your declaration and confirm it. An acknowledgment of receipt containing your declaration and its date and time will be sent to you automatically by email.

Can't find your order?

If you no longer have access to the email address used for your order or if your order does not appear, you can send us your withdrawal notice by email to contact@atelierdupouf.com or via our contact form, stating your surname, first name, order number and the products concerned. You may use the model form below. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

Returning the products

After notifying us of your decision, you have 14 days to return the products to us.

The product does not need to be new or unused for you to exercise your right to withdraw. You may only be held liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. If the original packaging is still available, we recommend using it to protect the product during transport; this is not a condition for exercising your right.

Refund

We will refund you all sums paid, including the costs corresponding to standard delivery, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may defer the refund until we have recovered the products or until you have provided proof that they have been shipped.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method.
