Product Description

The world

With its irresistible penguin-shaped design, Pingoo transforms any space into a gentle, creative world. Its endearing look and carefully crafted finishes make it a decorative piece in its own right, perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to a child's bedroom, a reading nook or even a contemporary living room. Available in black, white or grey, it blends in easily while retaining its playful character.

Comfort designed for little ones

Designed to provide a snug, reassuring seat, Pingoo is filled with foam for comfortable everyday use. Its integrated backrest naturally supports the back, allowing children to read, play or relax in a comfortable position. Its soft fabric enhances the cocooning feel and invites children to settle in for hours.

Practical, safe and ready to use

Already filled and ready to use, Pingoo requires no assembly. Designed for one person, it is perfectly suited to a child-friendly environment. With no built-in storage, it focuses on simplicity and aesthetics. Both a decorative armchair and a relaxing space, Pingoo quickly becomes a favorite companion for quiet moments and creative activities.

Maintenance

Full cleaning:

The cover is completely removable. To wash it, simply empty the pouf of its filling (foam and cotton), then machine wash the cover in cold water (maximum 30 °C) to preserve the colors and texture. Once air-dried, you can easily put the foam and cotton back into the pouf.

Daily cleaning:

For small stains or regular maintenance, the easiest method is to use a special upholstery fabric cleaning spray (like for sofas). This helps keep your pouf clean without needing to remove the cover each time.

Precautions:

Do not use a tumble dryer.
Avoid bleach or harsh chemical products that could damage the fabric.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I return my pouf if it does not suit me?

You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of return. If your pouf does not meet your expectations, please contact us by email so that we can provide you with the return procedure. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original method of payment.

Can I try the pouf at home before making up my mind?

Yes. A pouf is a seat to be experienced every day. You can try it out at home to assess its comfort, support, and appearance in your space before making your decision.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times can vary between 5 days and 4 weeks depending on the pouf model. Some models are shipped quickly, while others require a longer preparation time. The estimated time is always indicated on the product page and confirmed after the order.

Is the pouf delivered assembled?

Yes. Our poufs are delivered ready to use. Depending on the model, they may be compressed for transport. After opening, simply leave it for a few hours so that it gradually regains its shape and optimal comfort.

What should I do if my pouf arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your pouf arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as you receive it with photos. We will quickly offer you a suitable solution: exchange, replacement, or refund.

Are the colours of the poufs true to the pictures?

We do our utmost to reproduce true-to-life colors. Slight variations may, however, occur depending on the lighting in your home or your screen settings.

How is the comfort of the poufs ensured?

Our poufs are designed to provide a comfortable and embracing seat. The filling is carefully chosen to ensure good support while maintaining a soft feel, whether sitting or reclining.

Are the covers easy to care for?

Care depends on the model and the fabric. Specific instructions are provided on each product sheet to ensure the pouf’s durability and appearance over time.

Can additional charges be added to my order?

No. The displayed price is the final price. No customs duties or additional taxes will be requested from you upon delivery.

Do you have a physical store?

We are a brand mainly online. This allows us to offer beanbags with refined design and top comfort, while delivering straight to your home.

How can we get in touch with you?

You can write to us at contact@atelierdupouf.com. A chat feature is also available at the bottom of the site to ask your question at any time. We will reply as soon as possible, usually by email.
